You agree to:
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Keep your credentials secure
• Review AI-generated content before submission
• Comply with all applicable laws
• Not misuse the platform
• Free tier includes limited applications
• Paid subscriptions billed monthly or annually
• Cancellation effective at period end
• Refunds per our refund policy
• No commitment required
Workfave is not responsible for:
• Hiring decisions made by employers
• Job posting accuracy or employer conduct
• Application outcomes or interview invitations
• Third-party services or websites
• You retain ownership of your personal information
• Workfave retains ownership of the platform and AI models
• Generated content is licensed to you
• Use for job applications only
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms
• You may delete your account anytime
• Fraudulent activity leads to immediate termination
• All data can be exported before deletion
While we strive for accuracy in our AI-generated content, you are responsible for reviewing all resumes and cover letters before submission to employers. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of Workfave after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
